We’ve long dreamed of expanding our proven programs and innovative models to schools and communities nationwide. This school year, we’re making it happen through our newly formed Expansion Team. These dedicated individuals are working relentlessly — forging partnerships, developing  scalable and adaptable programs, and securing funding to serve students and families in diverse districts across the country.

Marc Bromaghim-Oropeza: “The Classroom Insider”

Marc Bromaghim-Oropeza is an invaluable member of our team, drawing on his 10 years of experience as a PS Facilitator and Manager. What makes Marc’s expertise truly exceptional is his unique perspective as a PS student while in middle and high school, bringing an unparalleled understanding of our curriculum and the student experience. Over his ten years as a Facilitator, he has forged lasting relationships with thousands of students, families, and teachers throughout Minneapolis and beyond.

Dr. Elia Dimayuga-Bruggeman: “The Education Ace”

With an impressive career spanning over 30 years, Dr. Elia Dimayuga-Bruggeman is a leading expert in global education and English Learner instruction. Her influence extends beyond the borders of Minnesota, with a robust network both within and outside the state. Elia’s role as an authority in educational leadership ensures that our programs not only align with our core principles but also meet the highest standards in education. Her wealth of knowledge and expertise is a driving force behind Project Success’s ability to empower students and families across the nation.

Jeffry Lusiak-Reyes: “The Design Specialist”

Jeffry Lusiak-Reyes brings more than 15 years of experience working with students in and outside the classroom as a Facilitator and Program Manager for Project Success. After six years pursuing other career interests, Jeffry returned to PS this year with an even deeper understanding and commitment to the PS DIG methodology. Jeffry’s unique skill set, spanning project management, human-centered design, youth development, partnership development, performing arts, and multimedia communications, has made a lasting impact in Minneapolis and across the country.

The Expansion Team is led by Director of People and Strategic Operations, Matt Dreier, and supported by Director of Strategic Initiatives, Emily Heagle. Together this team, guided by visionary leader Adrienne Diercks, brings more than 100 years of experience, deep energy and commitment toward expanding our impact for kids!
