Matt Dreier

Matt joined Project Success in 2015 after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with an M.B.A. in Arts Administration and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship. Prior to returning to Wisconsin, he had spent three years in Chicago, where he worked in the Risk Management Department at Groupon and as the Company Manager for UrbanTheater Company. He had also traveled across the Midwest as a theater actor, director, and producer. Matt has since served on the board of Forward Theater Company and as the Board Chair for Young Nonprofit Professional Network – Twin Cities. He has also taught classes on mission-driven organizations at the University of Wisconsin – Madison and the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. Matt is passionate about creating good teams, great managers, and inclusive workplaces. He holds certificates from Yale School of Management, the University of South Florida (USF), and the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and is a Talent of Tomorrow Fellow through Jobs for the Future (JFF) . Matt also currently serves on the Big Climb Committee for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) and works as a nonprofit consultant around the Twin Cities.

Over the years at Project Success, Matt has held several roles including Director of Operations and Director of External Programs. In his new role, he is responsible for the overall People, Operations, and Expansion functions as Project Success continues to look towards future success and growth!
