Parade Participation FAQ

What time should I be there if I want to join the parade?

All students and family members who would like to join the parade should check-in at Gate 29 at Target Field no later than 5:15 PM.

Where do I go if I am in the parade?

After you enter the stadium at Gate 29, parade participants should proceed to the North Pedestrian Ramp (the ramp heading in a downward direction) located behind Section 129/130 in Left-Center Field. PS staff will be stationed throughout the stadium to guide you. When you arrive to the gathering area, Twins staff will direct you down the ramp where you will wait for the parade to begin.

  • All parade participants should have their game tickets in their possession.
  • All other members of your group who are not participating in the parade should proceed to their seats.
  • There is no access to restrooms in the pre-game staging area, so please plan accordingly.
  • No food or beverage is allowed on the field.

When does the parade begin?

At the direction of the Twins staff, the group will enter the playing field through the access gate and will walk around the warning track. The estimated start time for the parade is 6:30 PM. Please note this is subject to change, and we will update you as the event gets closer.

What rules do I need to know before going on the field?

  • Time is limited, so please keep the line moving at a comfortable pace at all times.
  • Please do not leave the line at any time or interfere with players warming up nearby.
  • Cameras are welcome, but please do not stop for any “posed” pictures. This sort of activity often stops the line and could jeopardize the start time of the game.
  • Please do not step on the Target Field grass.
