One of the most beloved musicals of all time comes to Artistry! Featuring a treasure trove of cherished Rodgers & Hammerstein songs, including Climb Every Mountain, My Favorite Things, Do-Re-Mi, Sixteen Going on Seventeen and the title number, THE SOUND OF MUSIC has enchanted audiences of all ages for more than 60 years, earning several Tony Awards, including Best Musical. This spring, experience it for the first time or all over again at the Schneider Theater!

Themes

  • This story is based on real-life people. The real Maria von Trapp was planning to spend her life as a nun, but ended up marrying and becoming a part of a family. Have you ever started off with one plan, then decided to do something very different?
Contains mature themes including war and fleeing from Nazis. Children are recommended to be 11 years of age or older.
