It’s easy to donate to Project Success. Whether you donate to a project or program or make a general gift, 100 percent of your gift will benefit Project Success.
You can use the form on this page to make a general donation. You will receive a tax acknowledgment via email.
Project Success accepts checks made out to “Project Success,” or our legal name “Project Success – Students Undertaking Creative Control.” Drop off or mail check directly to:

Make a Multi-Year Gift:
The Dreams to Action Society recognizes the generosity of those who have made a multi-year commitment to Project Success through a pledge or letter of intent. Sharing your intent to make a gift to Project Success over multiple years demonstrates your ongoing commitment to sustain the work of Project Success and its mission to help students connect to their purpose. Notify us of your commitment in the following ways:
- Online pledge: complete the donation form to the right and select “multi-year pledge”
- Mail or email: download and complete the form above and mail or email to Project Success (see contact info below)
- Submit your intent to give through a donor advised fund using the form below
We will send you annual reminders for your gift payments until the total amount committed has been paid. If, for any reason, you would like to make adjustments to your commitment, please contact Emily Heagle, Senior Director of Advancement.
Donor Advised Funds:
Donor Advised Funds (DAF) are very effective charitable giving vehicles whereby donors set aside money to be granted to charitable organizations. You can support Project Success with a DAF grant. When processing a DAF grant through a charitable giving account, search for Project Success by tax ID (41-1837278). Project Success typically receives DAF grant checks within two weeks and sends a gift acknowledgement letter immediately upon receipt.
Double your donation! When applying for a company match, search for Project Success by tax ID (41-1837278). Complete your company’s online process and send notification to Ken Story, Development Manager, or send paper matching forms with your check or online donation receipt to the Project Success office at 1 Groveland Terrace, Suite 300, Minneapolis, MN 55403. Once we confirm receipt of the original donation, we apply the match.
In addition to matches, many employers have grant programs based on volunteer hours or other criteria.
When you donate appreciated securities, both the gift amount and charitable deduction are the fair market value of the stock and there is no capital gains tax. Use this form to submit your intent to give stock and you will receive our stock transfer information, or contact Emily Heagle, Senior Director of Advancement, to discuss the transfer.
Make a tax-free gift to Project Success directly from your IRA. IRA Distributions are exempt from taxable income and qualify for the Required Minimum Distribution (RMD). When requesting an IRA distribution, reference Project Success’ tax ID (41-1837278).
If you pledge for United Way, choose Project Success as your designee!

More than 90% of Project Success’ annual budget is funded by charitable contributions; over a third of that comes from individuals.
