Contact Kaylee:

Kaylee grew up in a small town near Chicago, IL.  She found Minnesota to be her home after moving here to attend the U of M- Twin Cities where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Dance and a Management Minor.  Alongside her college education, Kaylee traveled to teach summer dance camps to 6th-12th grade students with Universal Dance Association.  She also worked with an experiential marketing group DBA Twin Cities Road Crew, taught competitive dance, and performed in a variety of musicals and dance performances.  One of her favorite performances being The Mayo Clinic 150th Anniversary Celebration.  Post undergrad, Kaylee was promoted to an Event Marketing Coordinator with TCRC and grew her teaching and performance career.  Dancing in The Great Gatsby with Collide Theatrical was one of her highlights.  In 2019, she followed her dreams and worked on Carnival Cruise Lines as a dancer/singer.  After coming back to the cities, a consulting firm (OPOC.us) asked Kaylee to work as a Licensed Insurance Agent to open a Minnesota territory.  During her time there, she was able to help small/mid-size companies strategize on lowering costs and increasing benefits.  She currently teaches dance at Northland School of Dance and Children’s Theatre Company, choreographs musicals,  and performs with Concerto Dance by Jolene Konkel. Kaylee finds joy in being able to help others, work with kids, and share art in many different forms. At Project Success, she is excited to have the opportunity to bring her passions under one roof and be a part of such an impactful organization.
