Kaylee grew up in a small town near Chicago, IL. She found Minnesota to be her home after moving here to attend the U of M – Twin Cities where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Dance and a Management Minor. Kaylee’s love for working with kids started with Universal Dance Association teaching camps for 6th-12th graders. After college, she continued similar work in youth education with a local organization called Twin Cities Road Crew. She also brings experience in experiential marketing, event management, healthcare and benefits, sales, and client relations. Alongside her career at Project Success, Kaylee is a professional dancer and choreographer. Dancing in The Great Gatsby with Collide Theatrical and as a dancer/singer on Carnival Cruise Lines are two of her highlights. Currently, Kaylee teaches competitive dance at Northland School of Dance, performs locally, and choreographs musicals. She believes in loving what you do so it does not feel like work as often as possible. Outside of work, you can find her enjoying the outdoors, checking out new spots for the best chai tea, and spending quality time with her friends, family, and fur babies.
