February 20 is Franklin Community Day

Franklin Middle School students and families, teachers and school staff are invited to enjoy a day of winter activities celebrating community and the beautiful outdoors!

–Learn how to cross country ski!
–Take a snowboarding lesson!
–Enjoy a snowshoe hike in the park!
–Go snow tubing on one of the tallest hills in Minneapolis!

The whole family is welcome!

Wear warm winter clothes you can move in. Layers are great!

TRANSPORTATION

Project Success will provide a shuttle between Franklin Middle School and the tubing hill at Theodore Wirth Park:

Pick-ups at Franklin Middle School going to Theodore Wirth Park
(Meet on the Aldrich side of the school)
9:30 / 10:00 / 10:30 / 11:00 / 11:30 / 12:00

Pick-ups at Theodore Wirth Park going to Franklin Middle School
(Meet in the parking lot at the bottom of the Tubing Hill)
10:15 / 10:45 / 11:15 / 11:45 / 12:15 / 1:00

Check-in at the bottom of the tubing hill where there will be hot chocolate and snacks available.

Advance registration is not required, but will ensure we have enough equipment and snacks on hand for all participants!
