Teen Maker Break with guest artist Navine Dossos

Visiting artist Navine Dossos of the collective VESSEL will host a free, drop-in art-making session for teens 13-19 focused on cultivating personal and communal agency through making. Participants will hand sew a simple, zero-waste loop bag using fabric designed by Dossos’ for a new, participatory artwork featured in the exhibition Design Triennial: Beyond Materialism.

Looking to make art and hang with friends? Each month, Teen Maker Break features a new art project and space to chill.

Activities are designed for teens aged 13 to 19. Free snacks and materials are provided and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis; supplies are limited. You are welcome to stop by between 2:00 and 5:00pm.

Accessibility

Many performance venues offer accessibility accommodations such as wheelchair seating, assistive listening, sensory ear plugs, ASL interpretation, open captioning, or audio description, among other options. Transportation

If you do not have access to a ride, call Project Success and we can provide transportation for you. Please let us know if you need a ride when you make your reservation. We will need at least 2 days’ notice to set up transportation.
