Themes
This show highlights a true moment in history: the transition from silent films to films recorded with sound (aka “talkies”). This was a significant shift for both the artists and audiences, and not every artist had a successful transition into using their voice in films. What are examples today of an industry shift affecting someone’s career options? In what ways can we adapt to keep up with big changes?
