
Aviation in Action: Drones & Public Health
Want to learn to fly a drone? Interested in public health careers? Wondering how these two subjects are related?
Join us at the Project Success Best Buy Teen Tech Center for this unique opportunity! Students will learn how to pilot and race drones in First-Person-View (FPV) from a top drone racer who also works as a FPV cinematographer. You will fly indoor micro-FPV racing drones for an exciting out-of-body experience and learn piloting skills that are in high demand across many professional fields.
This program is FREE for MPS high school students! Project Success will provide transportation to and from each day, as well as lunch and snacks for all participants.
The program will run Monday, June 22 through Friday, June 26 with two time options:Â
- 9:00 am – 1:30 pm or
- 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm
