Intro to Music Making with Lady Midnight

Explore the elements of beat making with BandLab, a free online music making platform with professional songwriter Lady Midnight! In this 90-minute workshop participants will learn the five common elements in composing a beat, create a free BandLab account, learn the basics of making a multi-track beat with MIDI and live instruments and common tempos for different genres. Students will get time to work on their own beats and explore the sound studio in the Best Buy Teen Tech Center at Project Success. You must be a member of the Best Buy Teen Tech Center to sign-up.
