Micaela Olson-Macgregor, CFRE joined Project Success in 2026, returning to an organization that first captured her heart the summer after college. That early experience working alongside Executive Director Adrienne, supporting the dedicated PS staff, and witnessing the power of PS programming shaped the way she thinks about young people and opportunity – and made her return 13 years later feel like the opportunity she’d been working toward all along.

Micaela is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a B.S. in Community & Nonprofit Leadership and is a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE). She brings with her a deep commitment to connecting community members with causes that matter, having most recently served at Big Brothers Big Sisters Twin Cities, where over eight years she grew from Manager of Individual Giving to Senior Director of Major and Planned Giving. Prior to that, she served at Park Nicollet Foundation.

At Project Success, she leads individual giving efforts, building genuine relationships with supporters who share a belief that every young person deserves to graduate high school with a plan for their future and the skills and confidence to carry them through the rest of their lives.

A Twin Cities native, Micaela loves spending time with her husband and two daughters – whether they’re at the lake, digging in the garden, tackling a house project, or trying out a new restaurant. She’s also been known to use her kids as the perfect excuse for an impromptu ice cream night.
