Elena is originally from Phoenix, Arizona. She graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Theatre and a minor in Education. After college, she continued acting in Arizona, you might even find her in a few local commercials. Eventually, she took a leap of faith and moved to Minneapolis (sight unseen) and quickly fell in love with the city.
In Minneapolis, Elena found her way back into the theatre scene, performing with New Native Theatre and Frank Theatre. Alongside acting, she also began tutoring students, which sparked her passion for working with youth and supporting their growth. That path led her to Project Success, where she’s excited to blend the arts and youth development.
Outside of work—you’ll find Elena running around the lakes, taking a workout class, acting, writing and hanging out with her cat Pippi.
