Emma joined the Project Success team as a Program Coordinator in 2025. Originally from the Chicago suburbs, she earned her B.A. in Music Theatre & English from Carthage College in Kenosha, WI, and moved to the Twin Cities in 2022 after spending time working in public education in Wisconsin. In addition to her work at Project Success, Emma also works in stage management and front of house roles at theaters across the Twin Cities. Emma is excited about the work that Project Success does, especially in theater, and looks forward to helping students connect with existing passions and discover new ones! In her free time, Emma enjoys cooking, collaging, writing plays and musicals, spending time with her partner and friends, and traveling.
