Program Operations Manager
Lisa comes to Project SUCCESS with a wealth of experience in youth-driven nonprofits geared towards education, leadership and economic empowerment. Her background with youth spans supporting young families at Jeremiah Program, bringing out the best in youth through Playworks, and volunteering as a leader and mentor through Students Today Leaders Forever and Achieve Mpls, to name a few. Lisa is a graduate of the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, where she studied Sociology and Environmental Sustainability. Lisa credits her studies and mentors for allowing her to understand her own life's narrative, which has played a pivotal role in her dedication to youth development. Her personal and professional journey has brought her to Project SUCCESS, where she aspires to continue her work in inspiring youth to be more than they think they can be and do more than they think they can do. Lisa is committed to fostering an environment where youth can thrive and is thrilled to be part of what makes Project SUCCESS so great — the people.
