Kenny is a 2018 graduate of Minnesota State University – Mankato, with a degree in Geography, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). While in school he worked with the Adventure Education Program, leading and coordinating outdoor rock climbing, kayaking and camping trips. Working with youth is a passion of Kenny’s, and he has strived to work with students in the majority of his jobs. An important part of his personality is attributed to working at various camps, where he gained a respect and passion for environmentalism, outdoor recreation, and safe stewardship. These experiences have given him multiple opportunities to work with a variety of different types of students. At Project SUCCESS, he applies all he has learned to help students find their passion, ignite their confidence, and help them find a community they can call their own. During Kenny’s free time, he strives to live a life of adventure, taking extended trips around the world, living in a van, and experiencing the various cultures, adventures, and ideas different places have to offer.
