For the fourth consecutive year, Project Success partnered with the Science Museum of Minnesota to bring students and their families to the museum’s Science Fusion events which celebrate diversity in science.

Students had a chance to explore new perspectives and learn more about African American, Latinx, Native American and Asian American communities and their contributions in the fields of STEM. New this year was an additional date highlighting Women in Science and Engineering. During each Science Fusion event, science and education professionals from leading Twin Cities companies presented displays demonstrating their passion for their work and highlight the contributions they’ve made to science and innovation.

These afternoons bring learning to life for students and help to make the connection between their passions and interests and setting goals for successful futures. Science Fusion showcases the best and brightest scientists, inventors and educators in Minnesota in the spirit of community, diversity, creativity and science. The museum offers hands-on activities, giving students a chance to learn about science careers through interactive displays and presentations.

We look forward to continued partnerships with the Science Museum encouraging students to explore STEM careers!
