Sanford Musical
Project Success works hand-in-hand with Sanford Middle School students to produce and perform their annual school musical. The 2021-2022 annual production is Beauty & The Beast Jr. Performances will be held on Friday March 4th and Saturday March 5th at 7:00pm in the Sanford Auditorium. If you have questions about the Sanford Musical, please email Katie, Program Manager of Musicals, at KatieL@projectsuccess.org

About the Sanford Musical
Since 2009, Project Success has produced yearly school musicals in partnership with Sanford Middle School. Past productions include: Annie, The Wiz, Just So, A Year With Frog and Toad, Charlie Brown, The Lion King, Newsies, and Shrek.
Each year, up to 90 students work in front of and behind the scenes. For eight weeks, students act, dance, and sing with professional artists and work with high quality sound, sets, lighting and costumes.
In rehearsal, students work closely with local artist educators. The musical experience helps students build confidence, gain new experiences, and learn more about themselves and each other through the power of theater.
Every fall, parents, teachers, students, district leaders and community members pack the house for performances. Afterwards, audiences leave inspired, entertained, and impressed by the talents and efforts put forth by each performer and crew member
