Welcome to Our New Facilitators!

August 31, 2016

Project Success welcomed four new facilitators to our team this August after a thoughtful and careful search over the summer. These incredible additions to our facilitator team will help us continue to deepen our impact serving our past 15 partner schools, and also help us to expand as we serve two new Minneapolis public schools this year: Ramsey Middle School and Longfellow Alternative High School. This year, we will help more than 12,000 students in our 17 partner schools dream, plan and succeed.

We are pleased to introduce you to our new facilitators:

Annick Dall
Facilitator, Southwest and Washburn
Raised in Ohio, Annick trained at the Experimental Theatre Wing in NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. During her time off from school, she developed and directed a summer theater camp for the kids in her neighborhood, an experience that sparked her interest in the creativity of young people, and set her on the path she’s still following today. April Foster
Facilitator, Longfellow Alternative, Anne Sullivan, Anwatin and Jefferson
April has a Bachelor of Arts in English and is currently enrolled at the University of Minnesota’s Youth Development and Leadership graduate program. For the last 7 years April has worked with youth in a variety of organizations: Urban 4H, Upward Bound TRIO and many after school programs. Read more about April.

Eric Rodgers
Facilitator, Patrick Henry and Roosevelt
Eric is a 2013 graduate of DePaul University, where he studied Psychology and Philosophy. He served as both a 6th and 5th grade teacher in Brooklyn Center and South Minneapolis’ Whittier neighborhood, respectively. A growing commitment to youth advocacy has brought him to Project Success.
