Anwatin’s “Beauty and the Beast” a Success!

On May 30 and 31, 2014, more than 80 of Anwatin Middle School’s 6th, 7th, and 8th grade actors and technicians performed the Disney musical Beauty and the Beast with professionalism, grace and energy to audiences of hundreds.

Congratulations to the cast, crew, professional artists, and all the wonderful students, teachers, families and community members who supported this amazing performance. Rehearsals began in April and students worked with professional artists and Project Success facilitators every day for eight weeks.

The school musical is one of the key ways in which Project Success helps students build confidence, gain new experiences, strengthen relationships, and learn more about themselves and each other through the power of theater.
