Project Success COVID-19 Response Plan
With the ongoing spread and impacts of COVID-19, the safety and well-being of our students, families, staff and community continues to be our top priority. We are continuously monitoring the community spread in the Twin Cities metro area, reviewing information and guidance from the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) and Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and keeping in close contact with the Minneapolis Public Schools and our partner organizations to align our COVID policies appropriately.
Project Success has a strong COVID-19 response plan, which includes:
- Requiring vaccination for all staff, contractors, and volunteers who work directly with students and families
- Encouraging mask usage during indoor programming
- Working closely with partners and the Minneapolis School District for safety precautions for all programs
- Clear and quick communication with any students or adults who have a close contact exposure to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19
- Requiring students and staff to stay home from PS programs if they are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms
- Requiring a negative COVID-19 test before returning to in-person work or programming for all staff, contractors, and volunteers after testing positive for COVID-19
We continue to do our best with the information available to create a safe and engaging office and program environment for students, families, and staff. If you have any questions about our response plan, please contact our COVID Safety Officer Matt Dreier.
