Please see our FAQs for transportation information! \nChoose between three (3) options below for Wednesday\, October 14!\nUniversity of Minnesota-Twin Cities (Open to 10th-12th grades)  8:30am – 4:00pm\nThe University of Minnesota Twin Cities is a top public research university offering hands-on experiences like the Undergraduate Research Opportunities Program and 180+ study abroad options. With nearly 1\,000 student groups and a campus that spans the Mississippi River\, students can get involved in everything from solar car design to arts and outdoor adventures. Located in Minneapolis–St. Paul\, UMN offers access to music\, food\, culture\, and green spaces like Minnehaha Falls and the Chain of Lakes—making it a perfect blend of academics\, city life\, and nature. \nOn this tour students will receive a general admissions presentation and a tour of the East Bank main campus. They will also get to visit a few departments on the West Bank campus. Students will choose between two areas on the West Bank: \n\nVisit the Carlson School of Management and speak to faculty and students about the many areas of study including accounting\, business\, finance\, marketing\, management & entrepreneurship.\nExplore the Department of Arts\, Theater Arts & Dance touring areas of study in both the Regis and Rarig Center buildings. These buildings include drawing\, painting\, printmaking\, sculpture\, ceramics\, photography\, theater\, dance and more!\n\nUniversity of Wisconsin- Eau Claire 8:30 am – 5:00 pm\nThe University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire offers a unique blend of hands-on learning and vibrant campus life in one of Wisconsin’s most scenic college towns. Known for strong undergraduate research\, top-ranked study abroad programs\, and 200+ student organizations—including the largest marching band in the Midwest—UWEC gives students big opportunities in a supportive environment. Located along the Chippewa River\, Eau Claire is a creative\, outdoorsy city full of music\, art\, trails\, and festivals\, making it a great place to learn and live. \nSaint Paul College: 8:30 am – 2:30 pm\nSaint Paul College\, located in downtown St. Paul\, offers over 100 hands-on programs in areas like automotive tech\, welding\, healthcare\, and IT—perfect for students who want to jump into real-world careers. High schoolers can get a head start with free PSEO classes or explore hands-on summer camps in trades\, tech\, and more. The campus is surrounded by city parks\, cafes\, and public transit\, giving students easy access to both practical learning and the vibrant life of the Twin Cities. \nStudents will have the option to choose between two different tracks of career pathways: \n\nTrack A will visit “Trades” including areas such as carpentry\, plumbing\, welding and automotive technician programs. After lunch\, they will travel to Turbo Tim’s Auto Shop to check out career paths in the automotive repair industry.\nTrack B will see areas including cosmetology\, culinary arts\, and nursing/healthcare programs. After lunch\, they will visit an onsite location to meet with professionals in healthcare/hospitality careers.

Students get hands-on experience through clinical partnerships\, research\, and internships\, plus access to courses at other Twin Cities colleges. Located in the Highland Park neighborhood\, the campus is close to trails\, shops\, and everything the Twin Cities has to offer—making it a supportive\, empowering place to learn and grow. \nSt. Olaf College 8:30 am – 4:30 pm\nSt. Olaf College in Northfield\, Minnesota\, is a top-ranked liberal arts school known for strong academics\, a tight-knit community called “Oles\,” and world-class music programs. \nJoin us to experience the local flavor of downtown Northfield and learn more about St. Olaf’s programs\, campus and culture in a fun Ole Visit Day experience! \nDelta TechOps Career Tour 8:30 am-1:45 pm\nDelta has the largest maintenance\, repair and operations provider in North America. Come learn about career opportunities on their technical operations team that tests and repairs airplanes! Discover entry-level roles as well as licensed positions with competitive starting salary\, on-the-job training and great travel benefits! \nThis tour will include a Project Success Workshop\, lunch and a tour of Delta airplane hangars to see where the Technical Operation Mechanics work.

High schoolers can even earn college credit early through programs like “Huskies in the High School” or study abroad at a castle in England. With 250+ student clubs\, D-1 hockey\, and strong career support\, SCSU blends academics\, school spirit\, and real-world experience. Located in downtown St. Cloud\, the campus gives students easy access to music\, food\, and nature\, plus it’s just an hour from the Twin Cities. \nUniversity of Wisconsin Stout 8:30 am – 3:30 pm\nUniversity of Wisconsin-Stout Polytechnic is Wisconsin’s (and Minnesota’s) only career-focused polytechnic university.
