DESCRIPTION:Teens are invited to come hang out and make art inspired by the weird\, experimental\, poetic\, and inventive works featured in the exhibition Design Triennial: Beyond Materialism. This session will be planned and hosted by members of the 2026-2027 Walker Art Center Teen Arts Council. \nLooking to make art and hang with friends? Each month\, Teen Maker Break features a new art project and space to chill.  \nActivities are designed for teens aged 13 to 19. Free snacks and materials are provided and distributed on a first-come\, first-served basis; supplies are limited. You are welcome to stop by between 2:00 and 5:00pm.  \nAccessibility\nMany performance venues offer accessibility accommodations such as wheelchair seating\, assistive listening\, sensory ear plugs\, ASL interpretation\, open captioning\, or audio description\, among other options. These accommodations are specific to each event\, and may not be available everywhere. When registering with us\, please let us know what accommodations you need and we will follow up with you! \nTransportation\nIf you do not have access to a ride\, call Project Success and we can provide transportation for you. Please let us know if you need a ride when you make your reservation. We will need at least 2 days’ notice to set up transportation.
