Before joining Project Success in 2026, Tanner served as the executive director at MinnPost, where he led the organization\u2019s management, strategy, and a significant growth of both its revenue and staff size. He’s worked in nonprofit development and communications since 2011, having previously served as the development director at MinnPost and the membership director at The Loft Literary Center. Tanner has shared his fundraising expertise at numerous conferences, and he moderates conversations with civic and cultural leaders at community events. He graduated with a B.
