Before joining Project Success in 2025, Ian held executive support roles in Minneapolis for nearly two decades while working as an actor and a freelance illustrator. He was an Executive Assistant at the Walker Art Center for 7 years and also served as a Senior Administrative Assistant at Target Corporation and the University of Minnesota Foundation. Ian earned a B.A. in Studio Art from St. Olaf College and a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate from the Minneapolis College of Art & Design, and he has performed at the Guthrie Theater, Walking Shadow, Gremlin, and Theatre in the Round among others. In his spare time, he loves making art with his daughter, playing tabletop games, reading science fiction novels, and getting lost in the woods with his corgi, Teg.
