Sai Chang
Development Manager
Sai is a first generation Hmong American development and communications professional from Minneapolis, Minnesota whose career has centered on service, community, arts, and education. Through her work with various organizations and collectives, Sai amplifies community voices and creates platforms for artists. She is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and has a B.A. in Journalism with a focus in Strategic Communications. Her background spans event production and design, fundraising, program development, and community engagement and organizing.
