Jennifer Baker

Jennifer prides herself on being a positive presence in the world.  Growing up in the Twin Cities, Jennifer discovered a love of theater and dance which continues to this day.  A world traveler, Jennifer has visited 15 countries (at last count) spanning four continents.  Jennifer has always been drawn to work that served a larger purpose in the world.  After graduating from UW Stevens Point with a BA in Political Science, Jennifer began working at the YMCA in roles from childcare to fitness to administration.  At one point she was even dressed up as a princess for a day camp!  Throughout all that, Jennifer was earning her MA in Women’s Studies and Religion.  Finding her calling in sharing the stories of the organizations creating positive change in the world, Jennifer began working in communications and development for organizations including Family Pathways, Community Action Partnership, and the MN Zoo (earning her MBA in the process.)  Jennifer joined Project Success in 2022, finding it combined her love of the arts, education, travel, and transformative work.  When not working (or dancing) in the office, Jennifer is usually spending time with her husband and daughter at their home in St Paul, biking around the Twin Cities, or curled up with her nose in a book.
