Caitlin joined Project Success in 2014 as the Administrative Manager, after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a B.S. in Community & Non-Profit Leadership and Sociology. Caitlin has broad experience in the non-profit and education sectors through previous roles with Habitat for Humanity, Students Today Leaders Forever, East Madison Community Center, and Boys & Girls Club of Dane County. She is passionate about supporting cancer patients and their families as a lead advocacy volunteer for the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network in Minnesota and has held national and global leadership volunteer roles with the American Cancer Society. Caitlin has made giving back to her community a priority in her life and loves working for an organization and with a team that is dedicated to facilitating opportunities that help youth to define their values, dreams, and futures. Outside of work, Caitlin loves cheering on the Wisconsin Badgers sports teams, spending time with her “Little Sister” through the Big Brothers Big Sisters program, traveling to new places, and spending quality time with family and friends.
