April Foster
Facilitator
April is originally a Southern belle transplanted to Minneapolis in 2002. April has a Bachelor’s of Arts in English and is currently enrolled at the University of Minnesota’s Youth Development and Leadership graduate program.
For the last 7 years April has worked with youth in a variety of organizations: Urban 4H, Upward Bound TRIO and many after school programs. She has been in many different positions: co- leader, program coordinator, facilitator, tutor and a mentor. She enjoys being around youth, loves their energy and dance moves.
She is excited to sharpen her facilitation skills and go to the Boundary Waters!
