We are so glad to begin another fantastic year at Southwest High School!
We have been part of the Southwest High community since 2000, and we are still as passionate as ever about inspiring students to imagine the possibilities of their lives, and then to take action towards making those possibilities a reality.
Last year, Naheeda built a string foundation with the 9th graders, and she will work with the new 9th grade class this year, as well as continue on with the 10th graders. Naheeda will also work with the students of the Autism, Lifeskills and DHH programs.
Jeffry Lusiak is returning to the classrooms and hallways of fabulous Southwest High School for his fourth year. Facilitating the workshops with the 11th and 12th graders, ELL and the Lifeskills program this year, Jeffry can’t wait to help them all move a few steps closer to graduation and achieving their dreams.
Jason Brown is back for his 9th year at Southwest. Jason is also super excited about continuing his work with the fabulous students of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing program.
As in previous years, we are committed to helping students take the ordinary and make it extraordinary. We are all excited about making this year an extraordinary one.
We look forward to being with you all as you continue your journey here at Southwest!
