On Thursday, November 3, 2011 at the Graves 601 Hotel, over 1,000 Twin Cities women and men convened at Maiden Minnesota, a fun, socializing and charitable shopping event featuring some of the best women-owned businesses in Minnesota.
Maiden Minnesota 2011 was buzzing with exclusive sales and merchandise from more than 35 “Maidens”, many of which have been recognized as leaders in design for fashion, jewelry, accessories, home décor, specialty food items and more.
Now in its fifth year, Maiden Minnesota chose Project SUCCESS as the 2011 charity partner. The event featured a silent auction with over a 100 incredible items — some donated by this year's "Maidens" — and 100% of the proceeds benefitted Project SUCCESS!
THANK YOU to the wonderful Maidens who selected Project SUCCESS and donated to the silent auction, to the volunteers who worked so hard leading up to, and during, the event, and to the wonderful patrons who shopped and supported our work with youth in the Twin Cities. We look forward to next year!
As part of the Maiden Minnesota event, Project SUCCESS hosted a silent auction where 100% of the proceeds raised directly helped fund the work and growth of our program serving over 11,600 students and families in 16 Minneapolis and Saint Paul public schools.
Maiden Minnesota attendees shopped for fabulous items donated by local business and selected Maiden Minnesota vendors, or "Maidens", and supported Project SUCCESS.
