About Project SUCCESS
Project SUCCESS is a nonprofit youth-development organization that works with students in inner-city public schools over a six-year period, from middle school through high school, to help them develop life skills and inspire them to act on their dreams. Through in-school, goal-setting workshops, an innovative theater program, and after-school individual services, students learn to make informed choices and plan for meaningful futures.
Key Organizational Information
· Project SUCCESS has been serving students and their families in the Twin Cities since 1994.
· Project SUCCESS currently serves 10,000 students at eighteen Twin Cities schools.
· Project SUCCESS’ annual operating budget is $1.6 M and will undergo
significant growth in the next 2-5 years.
· Project SUCCESS currently has a staff of 18 full-time employees and a 15 member Board of Directors.
· Project SUCCESS is poised and ready to begin a major growth campaign (to serve additional students and schools in Minneapolis and Saint Paul) and a capital campaign to purchase permanent office space.
